At the initial stage, WholeSky is seeking expressions of interest for founding members (“Seed Members”) who will form its core group. These social justice focused individuals will become facilitators and leaders for the Gifting Gardens Communities Programs at each location in North West Tasmania. They will be passionate about, and have practical experience in, areas such as: permaculture designed food systems, regenerative farming and collaborative community building. Seed Members should also be inspired to support regenerative actions and programs in the social, spiritual and economic spheres.
We envisage the initial core group of Seed Members to be quite a small cluster at each location – somewhere between 6-8 adults. In some locations, there will be the possibility for Seed Members and their families to live on the land.
